Ohio elected officials are trying to pass legislation where we have to sign affidavits that state we won't sell our pot to anybody and only smoke it for ourselves, this affidavit allows government officials to fucking trespass on our property without a warrant to do inspections ensuring that we are smoking and growing our own weed. One of the biggest aspects of the law that passed is that we can legally grow pot. Up to 6 plants. Nowhere did it say we have to allow the government to intrude on our property without a warrant. Or sign some bullshit affidavit. When you buy a case of Bud Light, would you like to be told to sign an affidavit stating you won't share its contents with anybody, or have the government drop by uninvited to make sure that you're being responsible with your alcohol? I mean, it's stripping away rights. Republicans lost on the issue, and instead of aiding by the peoples sentiment they're out here trying to regulate freedoms and give them more authority over how we live our lives and conduct ourselves.
